Hi, need some help - my DS is 3 and we're about to start potty training, he's a big boy & we've discovered that he can't fit his boy bits into any of the potties we've got him, they're all to small to fit anything in! Any recommendations? Thanks!

We had the above potty chair for DD (actually we had the pink, girly version as it's easier to get hold of for some reason). DD was over 3 y/o when she consented to begin potty training & is large & tall for her age, always has been. This potty chair is adjustable for height, to a certain extent, & pretty sturdy, not wobbly like a lot of potties for smaller children. Not cheap but it was worth it IMHO.

I can measure the seat width etc of ours if you like, we still have it somewhere.

Don't bother with potty , buy a step for the loo and if he is uneasy sitting on adult seat buy one of those small seats to fit in... I found potty was redundant because with DC1 we were in a flat so very close by and DC2&3 were used to seeing everyone using lavatory in the usual way so expected to do so also...

Great, thanks for the recommendation, we'll try the Fisher Price one. We're in a house with really steep stairs so will need something to have downstairs, but might go straight to the toilet upstairs. Much appreciated!
