Anyone had a problem with the Silver Cross POP

I love this buggy but i have a problem with the wheels, They wont stay locked, we can only have wheels on swivel. I dont want to send it back so we just keep them on swivel, at times i wish they would lock.

I Have the Silvercross POP in colour aqua, the wheels do my head in, but i really need a parasol for it. I want it to match the aqua colour any ideas please Silvercross have not yet released a matching parasol for this???
