Feel good music - any recommendations?

I'm going on a long journey on good friday, to visit a friend who is seriously ill and at the minute i'm downloading music onto my phone for the trip, has anyone got any suggestions?

i love Putamayo CD's... full of all sorts of world music. latin, african, middle eastern... its nice to hear stuff thats a bit different form banal pop crud sometimes...

having said that,m wake up by boo radley always makes me smile!
