I need to get a lightweight stroller for hols etc and like the Quinny Zapp but want to know if there are any similar ones out there (i'm really not keen on the traditional look )

Any ideas?

What about a micralite? I got one inc. delivery from this site for ?115 which is £78 Sterling.

Wow that is good value!
Just looked at it-it looks quite big-do you know how it compares size wise and weight wise to the Zapp?

luna?

The quinny is 6kgs and the micralite is 6.8 so not too much difference.

There are a couple of problems with the micralite.

the back wheels are close together and if you have a long stride your feet might kick off the tyres.

The folding mechanism takes a bit of practice.

You can't have anything hanging off the back if there's no one in the buggy.

But....
The back wheels are pneumatic so it's easier to push,

When it's folded it stands upright.

It's folded height is 102cm compared to the quinny's 69cm

Does anyone think the lack of different positions is a big problem with the zapp?

also been reading that some are almost too light and tip too easily?
