Maxi Cosi Citi

We have bought a Maxi Cosi Citi car seat for our new arrival, yesterday we strapped it into the car after watching the demo cd rom and following all of the instructions but it doesn't seem to be very secure. I thought it would be rigid and you would have trouble to move it when strapped into the car but this isn't the case.

Should it be like this or have we done something wrong?

We also had a Maxi Cosi Citi. In one of our cars it was a struggle to fit the seatbelt round it so it was very rigid but in the other car there was a bit more movement. I am sure that it was quite safe in both cars though. HTH.
