Anyone had any problems with a Graco Mosaic?

After 3 months' use the rear wheels on our Graco Mosaic have worn out and the chassis seems to have buckled - it's just so hard to maneouvre. The shop are trying to say that we've misused the buggy! It would be useful to know if anyone else has had similar problems to back our claim that this is a manufacturing/design problem.

Thanks!

Hi Estelle,

I have a graco mosaic, I too am disappointed with its performance. I find it very difficult to move as the wheels always seem to be going in the opposite direction to each other. The back wheels look very worn and I dont really use it that much, I really feel like I was ripped off with this buggy as it seems so lightweight but was not a cheap buggy by my standards!

where did you buy the buggy? If it was somewhere like mothercare/babies r us etc then get back to them and shout!!! stamp your feet whatever, make a scene and they will have to do something.

if it was a little independant go back and voice your concerns to the owner, then if the subtle approach doesn't work then stamp and shout! I would be happy for a customer to come back to me and complain about a pram if it was justified (which it sounds like it is!)

i had a small problem with a few mosaics at the end of last year- may be it was a dodgy batch! GOOD LUCK

i wouldnt shout and make a scene, they can make one back and try and make it more difficult! Tried this with my pushchair in one shop (i was very very angry) and got nothing but lip back and a very long wait. Tried the guilt trip on a buggy recently and was much more efficient!
Have they sent it off for an inspection by Graco or do they have trained pushchair repair technicians? If no for either just make sure they send it off there, they are under legal obligation to at least repair it if it is under a year old.
There were a problem with the mosaic wheels I think in a couple of last years batch. Apparently.
