Thinking of buying one as it claims to "turn any chair into a baby chair". DD is 8 months old. Anyone?

Is this the fabric one that wraps round the chair? If it is then they cost about 20 quid but I made one myself out of some spare material and some velcro and it works fine, but I very rarely use it as it doesn't raise her high enough to use a table and also straps her back in the seat so she has a big gap of chair in front of her.

Have probably used it all of twice so am glad I didn't pay for one!

I use mine all the time. It lives in the change bag and I use it at my mum's regularly and also if going to a coffee shop. Teeny cafes only tend to have 1 high chair, soif I go out with friends it's great to have with me.

Washes really well, is ethically produced and has come down in price too - used to be £30 somthing when it was first out I think.

dd is 21 months now and just thinking about escaping it

Bet that doesn't make your decision any easier !

I do have a friend who uses hers all the time to be fair, I just don't get out often enough!

I'm too thick to make one myself, she would end up looking like a Mummy if I was let loose with material and velcro ! Will invest in one as a lot of places we go don't have highchairs and our one is too big to carry in the car if we are visiting relatives.
