I need some ideas as to what could be wrong with my car. Warranty expires next week.
Car is making a groaning noise when steering in reverse. Mainly happens during dry weather.
Took to garage who asked me to demo the fault. They heard the noise but refused to look at it as it was intermittent asking me to let the noise develop let the warranty run out any ideas?

Possibly a wheel bearing?
But I think you'd probably hear that going forwards at slow speeds too (on full lock)

I tend to hear it on full lock at slow speeds when parallel parking whilst using clutch control, it happens in both directions but I'd say mostly steering right. Thank you, I'm going to look into whether it could be that.

Cv joint possibly but usually heard in both fwd and reviews. Check that the gaiter isn't torn, if the gators ok and the millage Israel galactic then it unlikely.

Thanks. I've had a look into the things mentioned and watched some videos but they don't seem to match my noise. I've found some videos on clutch squawk which matches my noise exactly.

My problem now is the garage not accepting there is a problem unless the noise is constant.
