Don't buy from rangemaster

I have NCed for this.

I have had massive customer service problems after buying an Aga Rangemaster. They agreed to pay us £200 compensation for this in June but the issues weren't resolved. It's another aspect of their poor service that they offered compensation before it was all sorted.
Since the offer, we have had further problems including me taking time off work to wait in for an engineer who didn't turn up and the £200 cheque arriving made payable to the wrong name so I can't cash it.
They've agreed to resend the cheque but are offering nothing extra for the poor service after the end of June.
Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do from here? I'm furious. It's a very expensive product and it has been a time-consuming shambles that they don't seem to care about.
It goes without saying that I recommend you all steer well clear of them.

What's the issue? I bought a rangemaster last year and service was very good.

There's a whole list starting with them insisting on a particular delivery day, builders changing schedule to accommodate it and then the cooker not being delivered with no word from them.
Contacting them about this was like hitting a brick wall with endlessly ringing phones, people not calling back etc. When it did come it had the wrong door......
It goes on and on.
They did offer £200 to compensate for all of this but my issue is that since that there have been loads more issues and they won't address them. It's as if to them it all ended in June. Sending a cheque in the wrong name just sums up how rubbish they've been.

The product is great. It's the service that's been terrible
