Is there a difference other than price???? What about Baby Born and Chou Chou. Do they all do the same??? She'll be living with us for years so need to get the right one. Can't believe I just posted about this.

Don't by a talking, scary, face-moving one. We bought the cheaper, non-contorting one from ELC, DD loves her and she doesn't freak me out with weird grimaces

we bought baby annabel and a cheapo £12 soft bodied doll (with hard arms legs and head if that makes sense) from Mothercare

Guess whcih one gets left int eh toybox - yep, BA

DD loves baby millie, however she isn't very hard wearing as we are on millie number 3 - number 1 didn't cry and number 2 stopped making any noise at all after about 6 months. But ELC replaced without any problem both times (even though dd had given number 2 chickenpox with a purple felt tip before she stopped working!).
