doll's pram - hints and tips?

It's dd2's 6th birthday on Saturday, she'll be getting a Baby Annabell (heaven help us!) and I would like to get a nice doll's pram too.
They've had pushchairs before but due to the children sitting in them they never lasted all that long.
I'm a bit torn as to what to get - I'd like to get her something reasonably good and sturdy that will last for a good few years at least, the children aren't too kind to their toys so it needs to be able to handle a bit of abuse.
This looks good and solid but will it be worth the money?
And this is the other option I guess for half the price.
Any ideas what's good and what isn't?

My three year old has the M&P one but it's small for my 6 year old. I would get the first one.
