Escaping from buggy/car seat

My 2 1/2 yr old ds has started to undo the straps on his buggy this week, also undid seat belt for first time last night. Have searched previous threads & I see GLTC do a cover to go over seat belt buckle. Anyone heard of anything simular for buggy?

No but could you use reins which buckle at the back as an alternative. Most buggies have d-rings to fasten them to. tbh dd who is almost 3 rarely keeps the harness on either but does in the car.
