Fish Oils -- which is best/good enuf?

Trying 2 improve 4yo DS behaviour, bought liquid Eye-Q, he loves it in milk. Def. want liquid as easy 2 hide in other foods when he gets bored of it.

Is I-Q best becuz high in EPA?EHA? But it's so dear! Would Boots own strawberry flavour, or Efalex or flax seeds be nearly as good but not so dear? Could I buy cheap fish oils much cheaper in USA & ship over w/out major import duty? Or should we just eat more sardines?

What's best?

There have been a number of threads recently on this - eskimo brand seem to be highly recommended.
Congratulations btw - when DID you have that baby? (had only just twigged you were pg!)

I tried 2 look at old threads but they didn't seem 2 put it in a relative context -- I mean, is flax seed oil 10% or 90% as good as Eye-Q? Will search again for Eskimo, at least.

Maybe U just have 2 baby me -- do have a link 2 the best thread? Can't belive I only just jumped on th Fish Oil bandwagon. Sign of how scared I am about DS starting school??

Thanks 4 congrats... Life is hectic!

Have I missed you birth announcement Zebra?

IKWYM fish oils are really expensive, would flax seed (which you can add to home made muffins and bread if you are so inclined or grind flax seeds and add them to cereal) do the trick too?
