er, cant remember what my window measurements were, but i bought the largest ones ikea had and then hung curtains by the sides so ppl cdnt see the gap! also the curtains helped to keep the chill out. blinds dont do this at all, so i ended up using the blinds AND the curtains at night. HTH

I think if they are so huge that you cant get them from the normal places, ie b&Q etc you will have to ring up a blind company and get them to make you some. Otherwise you could try 2 or 3 blinds in a row so the join in the blinds go along the lines down the window, If you have any!

What kind of blinds do you want? I make my own roman blinds, they are quite simple to do

Try www.hillarys.co.uk. But they're quite pricey. Or www.rollerblinds.com.

Get them made to measure - I got a local 'direct from factory' firm to do ours, and it wasn't much more expensive when you got the conveninece of them fitting (things always look cr*p when I try to cut them to size/fit them myslef).

Agree with Kif. We've had made to measure from a conservatory blind company, and in the bedrooms have had blackout romans made to fit inside the windows by a 'curtain lady'!! They are a little more pricey but imo well worth the expense. You get what you pay for!..
