oh I got this a few weeks ago after SIL recommended it and it is truly amazing, I love it.

MrsPhilipGlenister · 20/03/2007 12:22

I love this stuff too .

Am not very good at applying it with the brush, though.

expatinscotland · 20/03/2007 12:23

Laura Mercier Oil Free is better.

saadia · 20/03/2007 12:24

I was reading the box and it talks about applying it in a "funny" way.

I'll never swap my Sheercover. Nothing else makes me look good.

I am Clarins 'til I die, I am Clarins 'til I die. I know I am, I'm sure I am, I'm Clarins 'til I die.

Ohhh, need some new foundation so must have a look at that, thanks Megglevache. Normally use clinique or clarins but this sounds good

Scootergirl · 20/03/2007 21:25

Oh, have been looking at this for ages but refusing to uy it. Do you really think it'll make raddled old me look like darling babies?

Scootergirl · 21/03/2007 15:42

Bought it. It's fab.

dogtired · 21/03/2007 15:52

I've just bought purely on the strength of this thread. Am using Vitalumiere at the moment. Will report tomorrow. Hope it can deal with my rubbish currently spotty chin.

It's cheaper here cos we're on an army base in Germany - 22 euros which is about £16. Don't know how mcuh it is back in Uk though

Why how much is it over there? Just to make you even more jealous, eight-hour cream is 19 euros (14.50) and Touche Eclat is 21 euros..... DH had to go to fight the global war on terror in Afghanistan for six months but hey - cheap makeup!

LOL at you lot leaping off your pcs and out to the shops to buy foundation! (I would too if I wasn't skint)

Scootergirl · 21/03/2007 18:07

We have a Naafi supermarket where all the makeup and stuff is duty-free prices and then a shop called the PRI which raises tiny amounts of money for army regiments to apply for adventure training grants and the like and their stuff is even cheaper. Juicy Tubes for 9.50 euros (£6!)
Sadly no shoes though

dogtired · 23/03/2007 14:02

Well, I'm a bit later reporting back than I said, sorry! I have to say, I'm impressed! Good coverage whilst not looking like a mask, pretty good staying power, no break through oily bits and I needed only a tiny bit of compact. In fact a really great foundation. Only downside is it's difficult to judge how much you're squeezing out and both days I've used it have wasted quite a bit. Also it's going to be a slight pain keeping the brush clean (was advised to wash it with facial wash every few days).

Very of your cheap naafi gear. Lucky dp flies quite a bit so I often send him round the duty free for my bits
