My neighbours bought a second hand wooden play house and adapted it. She said it worked out at about £50. The run was just wire and wooden 2by4. She backs staight onto feilds and this manges to keep foxes out !

I got a nice one from a place near Nottingham called Smiths Sectional buildings. Google it and they have a website.

But it was about £220/£240 inc delivery and putting it together. It was the cheapest I could find for the size I wanted. Its very well built.

BUT - I wish I hadn't spent the money on it now. I've ealised that I could just have got a hutch/ark without a run for a lot cheaper and fenced off a corner of the garden with chicken wire and electric fence poles. I've done the fencing anyway as I felt bad for them been in an arc all the time even though I know its plenty big enough for them. So for me it was a waste of money. They now have a 20x20 ft garden of their own with an arc in the middle.

Where abouts are you?Cattlemarkets are good for this sort of thing, they often have them up for auction. You'd get one way below £200.00.

If you get a copy of Practical Poultry magazine then they normally have a full page ad in there. I can't find their website either, maybe they've scrapped their website...
