Anyone got a good sling?
Spod · 07/07/2004 02:33
Can someone reccommend one please... i tried the 'baby bag' but dd found it really uncomfortable as the design means that she has to sit on a cord when sitting on my hips... bit like an adult sitting on a small rope and it cutting into legs/bum.... shes 8 months old... weighs around 22lb and i could do with some help carting her round the garden etc...

Spod she's getting big for a sling, even the wonderful Babybjorn, carried DS2 to 10 months but he was getting heavy. There is a big scarfy one that goes for longer. Not sure of the name but someone will know. Or you could try a backpack - she's big enough if she can sit up. Highly recommend the Bushbaby, £100+ but well worth it.
