Help me stick my lovely shower-gel dispenser to my tiles. What can I use?

Moved house and I want to fix (without drilling) our shower-gel/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower, but it has to stick to tiles. Is there anything I can use? Tried "hard as nails" glue and gun, stayed up for 45 seconds! DH is more useless than me, so help please............

Try No More Nails (it is better than diy stores own brands) I think there's even an extra power one! I find you have to roughen the surfaces though or it doesn't stick that well. Roughen tiles (make a template with cardboard or something so you don't take the glaze off the ones that aren't hidden by your dispenser) with rough sandpaper, and the back or the dispenser a little too. This should give the No More Nails a bit of purchase.....
