Experiences with Zuto?! Please help!

Hi all! I'm looking to buy my first car through Zuto and I'm a bundle of nerves doing so as I've read mixed reviews. Going through Zuto and Startline Motors: could anyone please encourage me with positive stories of buying through Zuto??
