Baby Bjorn Active - nursing position

Hi. I've got a baby bjorn active carrier but can't seem to work out how to put it in the 'nursing postion'. I'm sure it's realy obvious!
Anyone able to fill me in?

I have this too. My dd is beyond nursing, but carried her in it loads and never worked it out. There is a picture on the box but it is teeny weeny. Am expecting no 2, so would be interested to hear the answer...
