Bought expensive iron - hate ironing so anythign to make job easier.
Great iron, bit temperamental you have to start it up just so or it won't steam.
Dp is fixated as it never works for him (he is too impatient) and maintains it needs descaling as it does not steam properly.
it says on the instructions.
Use tap water not filtered water, which we do
Do not use descaling agents
Follow warm up cool down methods exactly.
I've had to hide the iron as dp is after it with descaler...
