anyone ordered from PHP (Perfectly happy people)

I ordered on line 3 weeks ago and they have acknowledged my order but no goods yet
They haven't debited my card though, nor have they answered my email querying delivery

Anyone know if this is normal length of time?

I want my stuff!!!!

I have ordered in the past and had no problems, can't remember how long it took though. I'd ring them if I were you - they are prob out of stock or something.

Have ordered from them loads and they usually deliver within the week. Their helpline is a bit naff though - you might need to speak to several people to get a straight answer. But definitely pester them.

yep - I've had this - they were out of stock - I had to ring them up to find this out, it doesn't seem to be part of their procedures to let you know. Also their online shopping basket was limited to 5 items when I ordered last year - the rest just got missed off - again only discovered this by phoning and asking where the rest of my stuff was.

I bought my Kushies nappies from them and never seemed to have a problem but everything I've bought has either been a bit rubbish or has had problems with delivery etc. Mind you, it worked in my favour once - they actually gave me the sale discount twice for something so it was a REALLY good buy!

Awful! Waited ages for goods to arrive and then half of the order was missing. Had no reply from them when I wrote to ask why this had happened. Will never use them again. Kiddicare only in this house!

That's interesting, they were previously great (used them loads with ds, less so with dd). Most recent order, a few weeks ago, was delivered very promptly with no problems.

marina, on your recommendation I got the Letterbox catalogue, it looks lovely but I haven't ordered anything yet. bought 2 "stocking fillers" the other day - child-size skateboards for 99p each!!!
