I have had to have my phone line disabled because i was getting calls from 999 saying i had rang them when i hadn't. They came out on the 1st march to apparently have fixed this problem. What phone call did i have tonight 'why yes it was 999 saying i had rang them' I am so cross. I have sent them a complaint email as i can't use my phone because once again it's not working. phew just felt i needed to rant.

Have they told you what's causing the problem? I suppose you can't even ask for 999 calls from your phone to be ignored either, in case you have a genuine emergency. I would be furious too.

well it's a fault on the line they were meant to dig up my garden and put in a new cable idon't think they could be bothered and thought they would just try to get it to work again. Thankfully i have only had one phone call but obviously there is still a problem. Grrrr they have said however they will refund me for not being able to use phone.
