Children's personalized wooden chair wanted

DD1 was bought a beautiful personalized wooden chair for her christening five years ago. DD2 is now coverting the chair so we'd like to get her one for her birthday.

Does anybody know where I could get one? Perferably on-line? I've done a search but not really come up with anything. Help?

Arh, 28 days for delivery. I guess I should have dione something about this sooner. I need it by the 17th.

Does anybody know if any major stores do them? John Lewis
