Ballet style shoes for a toddler

I'm looking for ballet style shoes for a 2 year old who is to be a flower girl. I'm not sure that we want actual ballet shoes as I dont think the sole will be good enough for walking around outside with (especially if its wet). We need something with a strap to keep them on and fairly soft as she is only used to wearing soft clarkes type shoes. Any suggestions on where to get some from, or any alternatives types of shoe.

Thanks
