Mine are

Potato ricer, especially since Nigella told me not to bother peeling spuds, the skin stays in the ricer and we get lovely mash.

A victorian clothes hanger for saucepans (ok, so DH bangs his head on the bloody thing) saves a whole cupboard from being used for saucepans. I also hang my bananas up there.

Panasonic breadmaker (going damp thinking about it, used every day)

a utensil hanger thingy for the wall, with butchers hooks, ours is packed with stuff I use every time I cook.

An old fashioned (DH mothers) mixer thingy with 2 whisk jobbys.

Not an accessory but a sink with a small one in the middle.

Oh and a carousel corner cupboard thing which houses all my pots/pans/oven dishes. My kitchen is tiny (2.5 x 2.5 mtrs) so space saving is v important

Yikes, forgot dishwasher, mine broke down last year and it was hell without it.

DISHWASHER definitely.

i love my rice cooker, get a proper japanese one with fuzzy logic... so great not to have to watch rice! makes nice porridge too.

Do you know, when we moved in to our current house, there was a dishwasher but no oven. We had to make space for one above the fridge but its in a stupidly high position and dangerous and impractical for anyone smaller than me (5'7)

I have a double one of these and it is the dog's bollocks.
