Turtle Mats - are they worth the money?

We have just had new wood flooring put down, and in an attempt to keep it clean, I am considering buying a Turtle Mat for by both the back and front door. (two children and a muddy dog)

So, what are the opinions - are they worth their money??

I have always had them and liked them. Not sure how well they work, my dogs seem to come is so filthy that the mat isn't long enough for them to walk all the wet off! BUT, they come in really good sizes, colours and are really easy to keep clean and wash so for that alone I think they are worth it. When we first got one my dog went to come in the door, stopped in his tracks, looked at me then the mat then jumped over it to get in the house .
If you know anyone going to Crufts next week they nearly always have a show offer there, also Ideal Home exhibition, but ring Turtle mats to check and see what the offer is.

Thanks Wags!!

Knowing my dog (who is as mad as a box of frogs) he will either do anything to avoid the mat, or he will eat it....

Good idea about Crufts, was thinking about going there anyway!

Ooh yes, go and have a doggy day and a good shop!! My breed is there on Sunday but don't think I can make it this year. Great day out tho.
