What's good for eye bags??

Having reached the age of 46, my under eye area is getting ever darker, with fine wrinkles.
Does anyone have advice on what products are good to reduce this, plus what concealers are good at hiding it?
I currently use the No7 protect and perfect skincare, and a MAC concealer, but this doesn't last well.
