Hi my DS got one of these for his birthday in october. This last week the volume has gone very quite. We changed the batteries but it it still very quiet. We're having to turn it up to the max and you can still hardly hear it.
Has anyone experienced this and is there a way to fix it.
It's well looked after so I know that nothing like food in it. Have checked it looks brand new almost.

My ELC keyboard stopped working after about 8 mths so i took it back and got a replacement.

The second one also died after about the same time, so I think they just aren't very good.

Thanks, had feeling it would be down to it's basic quality.

I'd say it was a bonus myself!! Ds2 loves his and it's been going for ages driving me batty!! (But if you love it, then ELC will probably sort it out without a problem for you).
