Following on from an earlier thread 'ELC-discount codes???' I thought it'll be good to share with everyone the codes i happen to have for various on-line shopping sites. I will also include the ones from the above mentioned thread.

La Redoute - £25 off + free P&P, no min. order value, CODE 1991

ELC - 10% off entire order, valid until 30 June 2004, CODE 24M

Vertbaudet - 20% off entire order, valid until 30 Sept 2004, CODE 6853

Ocado - £15 off first oreder over £75, CODE VOU7588427

Sainsbury's to You - £10 off first online order. I'm not using Sainsb. at present, but in the past I used similar codes for first orders with them although it was not my first time and they did work so hopefully taht still works. I have 2 different codes here:
D8RM-5K6E-NDVJ valid until 2 Aug 2004
24FA-DJ7R-E5VC valid until 30 Aug 2004

Well my stuff came today - I have been charged £9.97 for over £90 of stuff.

I am sooo disappointed though

The dress I ordered is awful - I got a size 14 which is what I am but it is a terrible fit. It gapes under the arms, is so low cut you can see under my bra at the front, and the fabric has a kind of static cling which shows every bump, lump, roll, and scrap of cellulite. It was designed for an emaciated stick insect who has never borne children and has naturally pert boobs which do not require a bra to hold them in place. In other words, not a dress for real women. I feel fat and frumpy now

I also ordered a patchwork bag which is dreadful - it looked ethnic and cool in the picture but has in fact been sewn by someone who now has snow blindness from the number of gold sequins they have stitched onto it. It is pure market stall bling.

The top I ordered is OK - tight though - if you are in doubt about size order the bigger one. The shoes and other bag I ordered are out of stock but I will get them in a fortnight.

Bit worried now after reading mummyS's link that I will get nobbled for using the codes again with my Mum's address and credit card.

It does say on the delivery note that you can exchange so I will see if I can swap the bag and dress for something else: dh has seen a shirt he likes.

I just thought I'd let anyone who didn't already know that the Boden sale is now on: boden.co.uk - there are some decent reductions on there.

I have been very abstemious following my massive spend up at La Redoute !!

Toothache · 03/07/2004 11:05

Oh no! Has anyone else received one of those emails??? I haven't, but still haven't received anything yet! I think I've used 4 codes.

jema · 03/07/2004 12:48

has any one had their goods, who had to register as a new customer when placing the order & using the codes?

lou33 · 03/07/2004 12:56

YES YES YES!!!!

My biker boots arrived this morning and they are fantastic!!! Am stomping around in them feeling v powerful and sexy

I have 2 more orders to come , but I didn't place them on the same day, so tomorrow for one of them I think, the others were delayed a week.

Am so happy

SoupDragon · 03/07/2004 13:01

No goods but no emails either. I'm very excited though, waiting for my free shopping.

lindaUK · 03/07/2004 13:38

Have just received all my orders now with very little to pay for them " HAPPY DAY'S " just love this shopping lark with nothing to pay/or very little.
Once again I would like to thank the person who gave us all these codes and if you find/have any more keep them coming here for us all.
Thanks a million times over.

Ellen23 · 03/07/2004 13:50

Has anyone got a code for ELC please have the 10% code but need 15% or higher as a large spend to make. Thanks

taramac · 03/07/2004 13:54

Has anyone had any hassle with payment - they have overcharged me on things and although are helpful when I phone and say they will credit it back - its a major hassle. I just checked my account and they seem to have done it again!!! AAAGH! I know its crap to complain when its free but its stressing me out having to sort it all out plus it takes so long for it to register on my account I'm not sure what is happening! They don't seem to be clear when I phone either as to what is coming in what order etc - they seem to mix them all up with whatever is in stock. Anyone else having a similar problem?

marthamoo · 03/07/2004 17:44

AAARGGGHHH!

I have just phoned up to ask about exchenging my horrid stuff - she said not a problem, discounts can be carried over. But because I have placed three different orders and the things I am returning are from separate orders it all went horribly pear-shaped and somehow what I have now ordered comes to £29 . I didn't want to probe too deeply into the cost in case she asked where I got the codes from in the first place. I won't incur P&P though so I guess I can just send it back when it comes.

Dh, however, has just yelled at me and told me to ring up again and cancel but I won't - I'll just send the stuff back.

Oh god it's all so horribly complicated
