3/4 length chambray trousers

Where oh where can I get a pair of 3/4 length cropped trousers? Next are sold out in size 14, I can't find any other stockists - can you help?

what does chambray mean? Is it a type of fabric?

Maybe Gap (sale atm at least where I am), Oasis, Topshop and Miss Selfridge, New Look, or you could always fold over a full length pair and tack up (don't laugh!) or use wunderweb.
