I am watching one of each on ebay at the mo.
The Graco one is at 28 quid at the mo and finnishes tommorow and the KidsKargo one is 70 quid buy it now.

I know they are both pretty cheapy ones but i would only need it to last about a 1 yr - 18mths as Ds is 18mths now.

Just wondered if anyone had anything good or bad to say about them really ??

Oh i am watching a M&P one too but that doesn't finnish until next sunday and is at 39.99 at the mo.

PMSL Suzy

Have really tried to stay away from ebay but i can't.
I always wanted a 3 wheeler but couldn't get one up the stairs, now i won't have to so i must have one.

Do you think i'm mad buying a new buggy when Ds is 18mths old ??? He'll be in it until he's about 3 surely.
Thought they might also be a bit more cosy in the winter.

God who am i trying to convince

Nutcracker, I don't think you are mad. We bought our E3 Explorer when dd was 18 months old as we walk in the countryside a bit and our old one was a bit knackered. It is the best thing ever and definitely the best pram we have had for the winter months. Go on, buy one!!

i bought a kidzkargo one from index in the sale a few weeks ago for £60 which I thought was damn good!! I would really reccomend it. its got full suspension, raincover, adjustable handle (which is great cos i am a lot shorter than DH) inflatable wheels and pump (included) and is really roomy. shopping baskets ok..my changing bag sits in it nicely. maybe your local index has still got some left??

busybee123 · 21/06/2004 10:47

this had better work cos its a long bloody link to pt in!!!!

this is the one i bought

its gone back up the the usual price now though

nutcracker · 21/06/2004 12:31

I had a look for your one on the index site but it was 119 quid.

Is yours the one with the green on ???

The one on ebay is the same as the one in the index book and it's 69.99 buy it now.

I do like the look of it, looks quite styrdy and not really long like some of them look.
Does it fold up easily ???

ok the link didnt work!!! yes nutty it is that one. its lovely. folds up really easily. we can get it in the boot of out little rover 214. (have to take the front wheel off but thats dead easy) yes it is 119 quid now...was in the sale. Best £60 i ever spent!!! even for 119 i think its great.

nutcracker · 21/06/2004 12:53

Well if i got it off ebay it would be 82 quid with postage.
Oh i'm so tempted

ooooh go on!!! i love mine and the suspension is great on it!! looks as more expensive than it is as well!!!!

busybee123 · 21/06/2004 12:56

the graco one was more expensive and it wasnt as good. no suspension and plastic wheels and nowhere near as roomy. with our kidskargo one, even my 4 year old has got room in it!!!

nutcracker · 21/06/2004 13:05

Right i'm gonna have a quick look first to see if there are any others on there.

Then i might buy it if not.

We've got the Graco Excursion (toys r us £155, I think). Its not too bad weight wise, but because the basket is quite roomy, I find myself stuffing loads in it, so then it does get heavy. Really easy for folding, not too wide to go on buses etc. The only thing I dont like is the fixed front wheel, as its a pest to turn corners. And I've had a few probs where the carseat hasn't fitted in friends' cars (too big for the seatbelt to go round). But we dont go in cars that often, so it hasn't been a disaster.
