folding up and down an aria pushchair

I've brought a second hand aria - the lady who sold it to me had never collapsed it and hadn't got the manual. When I got it home i managed to collapse it but cannot get it back up again. can anyone help? many thanks

i think you just pull the two silvery plastic bits on either side of the handlebar, near the top, up and then sort of yank it a bit and it unfolds... then you have to make sure it clicks safety thing when opened....
