What is a good, free, anti-virus program?

My AVG has just run out. I've got Norton but I hate it. Does anyone know of any other good free products or am I going to have to buy AVG?

Just keep using the free version of AVG as anti virus software, there is an option somewhere to do this.
Otherwise for free antispyware software try Ad-Aware SE personal.

wade through the AVG website - you will find the free version there somewhere.

Updated Free AVG

Ooh, I didn't know that, I obviously haven't waded enough, I thought as I've had it for about a year, they wouldn't let me have it any longer. Will try that then, thanks.
