Ugg boots for DD

DD has always wanted a pair of Ugg boots an we've always resisted but this year her grandparents have given her money (enough to buy the boots, lucky girl that she is)

Can anyone advise me please on sizing?
Are they true to size?

Hi, I have 2 pairs (both genuine) one is true to size the other is slightly big. The big ones are not as comfortable. I would advise to try on if possible or buy from somewhere like John Lewis where you will have no problem with returns. They are so warm and really last. My DD had some she wore all winter when was younger, my DS is now wearing them (the only shoes that were passed on-others were too worn out) and they are still going strong. Well worth the money.
