Problems with silver cross 3d

I had to convert the pram into a push chair when ds was 2 1/2 months because it was too small. Now in the push chair the harness look and tight already and not sure if that will last him long. Any one had similiar problems? DS is already over 15lbs and very long at 3 months. Would i be entitled to a refund. A friend with her DD is having the same problem.

Seems unlikely tbh. Have you looked behind the seat covers/back, there may be more slack inside or an adjustment mechanism to release more length? Have you contacted Silver Cross direct to ask here Otherwise there may be d-rings on the corner of the seat to which you can fix a safety harness like on a highchair.
