Bargain children's duvet covers

Was in Superdrug today and they've got single duvet covers with pillowcase on sale for £4.99.
There's a cute football one and also a spaceman/aliens/rocket one. Probably not the most brilliant quality, but since kids have short- lived fads, they're probably good in the short term.

woodpops · 16/06/2004 21:55

I didn't know superdrug sold household stuff!!!

I got the football one for DS, I got mine from the superdrug in Dalston. My DS certainly likes it!

Asda have them for that price too, they have fairies, ones like Groovy chicks, football and zoo ones.

I saw them in Chapel Market branch in Islington.
They have a whole section at the back with loads of odds and ends, everything from towels to pencil tins, cuddly toys, cooking utensils. Changes all the time and you tend to have to buy when you see or you'll miss them.

Just been to Super Drug and bought one of each for ds's. Yippee - do love a bargain! Also picked up my free Soltan sun cream from Boots (voucher in Woman) and bought dh a butcher's apron in BHS (20% off) so am feeling very organised, smug, super working mum (very rare feeling)and have impressed my work colleagues with my productive lunch hour!

Second Posey's message about buying stuff when you see it as it lasts no time and they never seem to get a second delivery of the household stuff.
