Long story short iPad disabled so APPLE says only solution now to link up to iTunes and factory reset - but we lose all pictures none of which are backed up - I know meant to get around to it and clueless with iCloud - harsh lesson - any help?
If nothing else don't do what we did - so sad to have lost pics - 1st world problem I know.
