You just have to leave it out a while. Our smell had nearly gone by the required 'few hours to let it expand'. Leave a window open if you can.
It is well worth it once its all settled in

got one of those pillows and it still smells even after beign unwrapped since xmas !!

we've had ours about 3-4 weeks and the smell has gone now. although i really liked the smell!
