We went for a night last Easter. The hotel restuarants were very busy, we could not get into our chosen one until about 9 o'clock, so went to the other one. The food was O.K, but too expensive. At breakfast they seemed to run out of lots of things.

We spent the day in the water park. It said you could not take your own food in with you, but we noticed lots of people that did. There was just one food place and they seemed to just sell very expensive fussy sandwiches (smoked salmon etc) and nachos. I thought it was a very odd choice of food for a family place. I ended up buying the posh sandwiches and taking the filling out so my kids could eat the bread, as they were starving. I did complain, and they said they were reviewing the catering so it might be better now.
Having said that my kids both keeping asking when we can go back to Splash Landings again.
We were there at Easter time and I think I got my moneys worth just eating the free chocolates that were available throughout the hotel !
