If you want really cheap you can buy the carcase from Ikea with out the doors and buy doors later on when you have more money, depends on if you like the open look .

Hmm

I have completely run out of room in my kitchen

I need about 18 wall units to completely cover 1 wall

I need doors (or maybe blinds - that could work)

As so else suggested, B&Q IT range (ready to take away, no need to order) is v reasonable, esp at sale time, you can buy the units and then get the doors later.

check out the gorm ikea range - open wooden storage - deep shelves. Fab - plus cheaper than kitchen units.

Katymac · 09/02/2007 21:33

Cupboard at B&Q costs same as cupboard +plus door at Ikea (well £1.50 diff)

I bought a whole load of units and a couple of doors for the messiest cupboards then got a couple of doors at a time as I could afford them.

Ceolas · 09/02/2007 21:44

18 cupboards on one wall

Will your wall cave in?

Katymac · 09/02/2007 21:54

It is 3.6m long and 2.4m high

It will give us more space round the table & help with storage
