Hi there

I am expecting a baby in August and have a son who will be two and a half when the baby is born. He is on the 91st centile and already weighs 14.4kgs now!

The problem I have is that all the double pushchairs I have seen, and the BuggyPod which I love, have a weight limit of 15kgs. I don't fancy a buggyboard as DS needs to be strapped in!

Can anyone recommend a double pushchair/attachable accessory that can be used for children over 15kgs?

Thanks
Rachel

Phil & Teds can be used up to 55lbs I think

hi i am an approved phil and teds retailer, so i will try to answer your question.
When you are using the buggy in the new born position (layflat) you can also carry a todler upto 25kg/55lbs. The only thing you will need to watch is the headroom your son has when he is sitting in this position. however the v2 seats do have a height adjustment so you can lower the seat in its frame to give you a bit more room.
once your baby is sitting up 6mths (approx) you will be able to carry 25kgs/55lbs in the front seat and 15kgs/33lbs in the rear seat.

if you are interested in purchasing a buggy i have some great deals on at the moment.

i hope this helps

regards

daniel
