I am so fed up with BT. It seems that every 5 or 6 months, my home phone line goes completely dead. I report the fault - it is inevitably a problem on their side. After several days, they fix it, but in the meantime I miss important calls, and run up big mobile phone charges. By way of compensation, BT gives £1 a day credit on my bill as a contribution to increased mobile costs. Argh!
Anyone else have these problems? Do you have good suggestions about how to complain effectively? This is the 3 or 4th time it has happened in the last 18 months. I want reliable service!
