M&S poor quality t-shirts

what do you think my chances are of a refund on 2 t-shirts that i've worn, washed twice and are proving to be of very poor quality?
they seem to have shrunk, but not hugely, they no longer lie right i.e. they're a bugger to iron and fold flat.
but generally i'm just not happy with them.
should i grin and bear it or should i take them back?

I would, I once sent something back to Next, that had gone funny after being washed - they refunded me. They don't know how much youve worn them. If the quality is so poor, they probably have had others returned. Worth a try, anyway.

Definite case for a refund. It is not in M&S' interest to turn away an unhappy customer. I return items that I am genuinely not happy about and am usually successful. They need to know anyway if they have had a lot of complaints about a certain article.

Take 'em back. I had a pair of slippers which I'd had for some time which were washable. After I'd washed them, they split around the toe. The gave me a refund no problem.

M&S quality is so variable these days, isn't it.
