countryman vs x1

Hi,

Looking for a new Mummy Wagon...

I currently drive a volvo v70 great car but its getting a bit old.

Anyone have experience of a mini countryman or a bmw x1?

I would be budgeting around 12000 for the car so would get a newer mini than bmw.

sat nav and bluetooth are essential.

I only have one baby at the moment.

The car probably won't be used every day but will be used for longer journeys when I do use it.

I have a countryman and love it. It's really spacious inside however the boot is alot smaller than I had before so I guess you may want to check if buggy etc would fit for you. I find it really economical.
I paid 11k for mine, it's 5 years old. (ive had it 6 months) I have blue tooth, cruise control, dab radio. No sat nav but I just plug my phone in. The newer models have it though.

I think the Countryman is probably the winner.
