Thanks, have tried those numbers and left messages, no reply, also got a number from directory enq which turned out to be a private number, the lady was most irrate! What has happened is I have rec`d 2 letters from a credit company demanding money on a loan taken out by Kleeneze at my address! It is nothing to do with me, but next door there used to be a dodgy couple and she was an agent, used to leave the book on the step, they cleared off about 6 months ago! I have contacted the credit people who turned out to be part of Lloyds tsb and they said if it continues I will have to complain thru the ombudsman! Why should I ?

I can understand you saying "why should I?" but if you don't do anything you might be blacklisted for credit, so you do need to sort it out - is there a CAB where you are? They should be able to advise you how to deal with this.

If it's any consolation they've been around for years & years, so I'm sure they're a reputable company who would back you up.
