Any recommendations for a quiet alarm clock?

DS1 (3.5)sleeps well but naturally wakes up at 6-6.30. He comes to tell me he needs a wee & he goes off on his own & will go back to his bed if told it is too early.

But it would be lovely if he knew what was an acceptable time to wake me up . He goes to toilet during the night on his own without telling me so I doubt that will cause a problem.

I was thinking about getting an alarm clock but I don't want one too loud as DS2 (2) sleeps until 8am and I don't want him waking up.

does anyone have any suggestions?

Urchin or great little trading co (discount via MN) do a rabbit one which doesn't make a noise but its eyes open and ears pop up at the time you set it so DS can look at it an know if its ok to get up yet or not - think is about 20 quid. My niece had it but she still got up to early cos she can't be told no!!

That's perfect

whizz - thanks for the offer but DS2 is into pooh and not DS1 so I think he would prefer the rabbit

thanks

we have this one

It stopped DD2 coming in all through the night and was well worth the money!
