Just a rough idea per sqm?

it varies tremendously. we're getting some but still not sure how much it costs, our kitchen fitter is sourcing it.

I think it can be from about £34 to £70+

Forgot, the guy in the tile shop has some 17 metres square was £400 I think.

It was quite expensive when I got a quote. I had a central heating expert here today and I was telling him about the cold room and how once we;d considered underfl etc and he said it's terribly hard to fix if it goes wrong as there isn't a clear radiator on a wall to correct- it's all hidden below the surface and you don't know where the fault lies. He tries to put people off it; yet last week at the chaelt in the alps where I was the underground cinema which was amazing had really efficient underfloor heating which was great.
