Wheres the best place to buy these from and can you get ones that give out a lot of heat or are they just a decoration really????

I have this one in my new bathroom which I got from Focus. Mine's plumbed in to the central heating, but you can have them with an electrical heating element.I got the big one as I like to be warm - tbh it's probably a bit big, but I just keep it turned down a bit. I love it.
The curved ones and the chroime ones are much more expensive.

I have the same as RB's but in chrome. Its in our en-suite and it warms it up very well. In fact I would say its just like a radiator.

This gives you some idea of how big(or rather how small) our bathroom is - I'm right up against the bath, which is against the wall.
Before I bought it some guy in a showroom gave me a leaflet about how many BTUs a heater should have for a given size of bathroom - I've lost it , but you should be able to google it.
