PE Pumps Size 4 - Can't find any this big

and my dilemma is that school won't let him wear trainers. Does anyone know where I can get them in a 4, I have tried Next and Clarks so far.

Startrite do them (Startrite shop or Russell & Bromley or John Lewis).
